New York Welsh is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Welsh community in New York City and celebrating Welsh success stories. We are a volunteer-run organization with events ranging from one-off cultural evenings to monthly meetups. 100% of any proceeds from merchandise and event ticket sales will be used to fund or defray costs for New York Welsh-sponsored events and outreach, including web services and event food, beverages, décor and entertainment. All merchandise designs and the New York Welsh registered trademark are the property of New York Welsh, Inc., for its exclusive use and may not be reproduced without express written consent.
Please keep in mind that New York Welsh is not a merchant! Orders are produced and fulfilled by Printful.com, a print-on-demand servicer. Each product is produced for you, on demand, when you place an order. As such, except for defects caused by an error on Printful.com’s part and brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt, merchandise is not returnable or refundable, including if you just ordered the wrong size. New York Welsh is not responsible for defective or lost merchandise. However, we will try to resolve the issue with Printful.com if you timely provide notice by email within 14 days of the estimated delivery date provided by Printful.com. to info@newyorkwelsh.com of the issue(s). Printful.com has strict notice and documentation policies that must be complied with to be eligible for no-cost replacement items. Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us that an item is lost in transit, that an item is defective, or to provide photos of the defect within 14 days per the above requirements, we cannot request that Printful.com process a refund or send a replacement.
